Kate Carman leads Ochre Way’s advisory practice, partnering with executives, boards, and organizations to navigate transition and complexity by translating strategy and stakeholder insight into clear decisions and durable execution. She brings two decades of experience supporting public, corporate, and mission-driven organizations through strategic resets, leadership transitions, and large-scale change.

Her work integrates neuroscience, systems thinking, qualitative research, and narrative strategy to clarify direction and strengthen alignment in complex, high-stakes environments. She holds a master’s degree from the Yale School of the Environment and is certified in Brain-Based Coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute, with additional certifications in Prosci Change Management and Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture.
